Little Caesars Pizza is excited to announce the kickoff of our annual Pizza Pizza Paws Campaign!

During the month of April we will be hosting a fundraising campaign at local Little Caesars locations to provide an “On The Go Kit” to police K-9 handlers in West Virginia and surrounding departments in Kentucky & Ohio. The kits will include a Cool K9 A/C Vent Hose System, Vario Non-Spill water bowl, Tactipup Tactical Tab Leash and Play-On dog waste bags.

To help create awareness for our $30,000 goal.. We have posted campaign thermometers inside 57 Little Caesars locations (7 franchisees / 48 locations in WV, 4 in KY and 5 in OH ). This important campaign is to increase support and awareness for the police K-9 divisions in our communities. Some of the K-9 divisions are funded by donations and personal contributions, mostly by the handlers themselves.

This is the 4th Pizza Paws Campaign. In 2019, 26 Little Caesars locations (VDM Management) fundraised to provided 85 police K-9 handlers with first aid kits. The 2020 campaign was cancelled due to COVID concerns. 2021 supplied DOGTRA GPS tracking collars to over 100 handlers in 70 police departments. Last year, 170 handlers received an “Essentials Kit”. For 2023 The Pizza Pizza Paws campaign will assist 185 K-9 teams.

We believe that although small in comparison to their everyday operation, we can assist the police K-9 divisions and help fill a void.

We would like to thank great companies for donating and discounting items in this years kit. Pet Supplies Plus donated all of the Play-On waste bags; Tactipup for the second year discounted products and Ray Allen Manufacturing for helping this year.
